AVONE HILL aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

Current shipping time frames are 3-7 business days via Australia Post shipping. For any inquiries, please contact us here.

All international/overseas customers:

New Zealand
  • $9.99 AUD flat rate
  • Free for orders over $99
  • 5-12 business days to metro, 8-15 to rural
Rest of world
  • $19.99 AUD flat rate
  • 2-3 weeks to (USA, UK, New Zealand)
  • 2-8 weeks to most other countries

Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Returning an item?

No refunds or exchanges for wrongly picked sizes on limited edition items. Please ensure your size and item selected is correct before completing the purchase. Orders placed on/after the 24th of December will take up to 28 days to be processed.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item from our warehouse, we will let you know how to return the item to us or if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item, you must return it to us within 28 days with tags intact and proof of purchase.

For Australia and New Zealand customers, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them and remember to get in touch with us before returning.

For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 30 days of receiving your item(s)

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics & fashion masks or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via the contact us form stating the order number or email us at, with further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

How long does it take to process my return?

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your account. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

How can I track the status of my return?
