AVONE HILL aims to ensure its customers are fully satisfied. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all order over $50. Express shipping will cost $15.00 AUD. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

Current shipping time frames are 2-8 business days via Australia Post shipping. For any inquiries, please contact us here.

All international/overseas customers:

New Zealand
  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $250.00 NZD
  • 6-12 business days to metro, 8-27 days to rural
Rest of world (International)
  • $40.00 AUD flat rate
  • 2-3 weeks to (USA, UK, New Zealand)
  • 2-8 weeks to most other countries

Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
